SNAKES and DRAGONS

Name this snake!
So, can you tell me what sort of snake this is, please? He's maybe 60 cm long and a lovely dark grey. He lives in our compost bin where I've seen him three times. South coast of NSW.

This is a Sydney dragon. He lives in the St George area. He terrorises local shopping centres and the like. Actually, he's a friendly dragon, (despite the look on his face). Often seen knocking around with Batman. That's Oliver tucked safely in his pouch. He's four and a half.

"Hhhmmm, I'm not sure I have it in your size madam!" the shopkeeper says as nicely as he can. This lady is always buying from this "shop". Mostly the shopkeeper is able to supply anything from mobile phones to food to whatever takes your fancy. Here though, he really looks like he's not going to be able to deliver.

At seven and a half months this little bloke looks like he has things under control. He certainly wins the fans, even in Brazil! (He went for a tour there last year.)

I'm curious about the snake. Is it a "blind snake"?
