RELAXING IN CAIRNS

Barrier Aviation! How cool! We flew north to Port Douglas with David. Up to Cape Tribulation and then out to the reef on the way back. Thanks David. A great trip. That's Green Island - we flew straight over it. Two brothers (top) really enjoyed the trip. Talk to Cher, she'll line you up for the ride of your life!

Yorky's Knob - north Cairns. Few boats here eh?

Sheraton Mirage, Port Douglas. Very flash and maybe very expensive. No, we didn't land there.

Port Douglas Marina.

A lovely beach.... just beware of such things as sharks and crocs! Think I'll swim in Cher's pool!

Cape Tribulation in the north.

The BFB team is gradually getting into town in preparation for the Cirns to Melbourne bike ride. Really looking forward to the big event which commences on Sunday.

Man it sure is warm here in Cairns. Fay nearly expired. Lucky Cher and David have a lovely saltwater pool. They also hosted the team to a barbie, Cairns style. Ken and daughter Stephanie from Vancouver were on hand to help with the cooking too. We will miss this when we head south on the ride.

Just had to send my admiration for you, your wife, and all taking part in the BFB. I am thrilled to see someone doing something like this.
